Attorney Weatherly has personally acted as lead counsel for more than 75 jury trials throughout his career, including taking numerous medical malpractice cases to a jury verdict. At Copeland, Stair, Kingma & Lovell, LLP, he has directed his focus specifically on medical malpractice cases and hospital liability claims.
He also acts as the co-chair of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance and the CLM Claims College Subcommittee. In this position, he works directly with the CLM Claims College to make medical malpractice and healthcare law curriculums for College members. Lee is also tasked with recruiting new members for the Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Committee.
