Themis Advocates Group is a national network of leading civil defense attorneys and law firms located throughout the United States. Like our namesake—the Greek goddess of divine law and order, Themis—we strive to uphold the natural laws of justice, morality, and good governance.

Our mission is to provide clients across the nation with professional, high-end, cost-effective legal services. We accomplish this by ensuring our member firms are some of the best in the field. We share information and procedures, collaborate on training and technology, and pass on client reviews and feedback in order to ensure that we are always providing clients with the highest level of service possible.

We have grown from four law firms to a network of 26 firms with more than 700 affiliated attorneys, representing clients in 47 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Themis in NYC 2025

Themis Gives

Themis Gives is an initiative where we partner with a charity for each event we host as a way to give back. It’s one of the many ways Themis makes a difference. In August 2025, Themis was proud to support One Tail at a Time as part of the Themis NexGen Summit held in Chicago, IL. One Tail at a Time is a Chicago-based nonprofit that rescues homeless pets, provides lifesaving veterinary care, and places them in loving homes.
