Registration Questions
Where do I pick up my registration materials?
You will need to pick up your name badge. Your name badge serves as entry to all events, including social activities. The registration desk will be located outside of Salon 1 of the hotel and will be open starting on Wednesday, October 27 at 3:00 pm for early arrivals and again on Thursday, October 28 at 11:00am.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please notify Themis Headquarters ([email protected]) if you need to cancel. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from their company. Please note you will need to cancel your own hotel reservations by calling The Hotel at Avalon, an Autograph Collection 678-722-3600.
Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else at your company by emailing Themis Headquarters ([email protected]).
Hotel and Travel Questions
Is there a deadline to book my hotel room? Where do I make the reservation?
Each attendee is responsible for booking their own room. The deadline to book your hotel room at the discounted group rate is September 27, 2021 and is subject to availability. The Themis group rate for rooms at The Hotel at Avalon, an Autograph Collection is $179 per night plus tax. Book online now.
Reservations may also be made by calling 678-722-3600. When making room reservations, please request the group rate for Themis Advocates Group or provide the discount code TTGTTGA.
Does the hotel provide transportation to/from the airport?
The hotel does not provide transportation. You can reserve an Uber, Lyft, Taxi or rent a car for your stay. Additional information provided here.
What are the driving directions to the hotel? Is there parking available?
The Hotel at Avalon, an Autograph Collection is located at 9000 Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Click here for custom driving directions. Yes, there is parking available at the hotel. Valet Parking is $18.00 per day and Self-Parking is $12.00 per day.

General Questions
How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contact the attendee list including name, organization, city and state in PDF format.
What is the Themis to Go Event dress code?
Themis Advocates Group Sessions/Social Events: Business casual/resort wear is suitable.
- Women: dress shorts/capris, slacks, blouses, knit tops
- Men: khaki pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, slacks
We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to the educational sessions, as the conference rooms can get chilly.
