Where do I pick up my registration materials?
You will need to pick up your name badge. Your name badge serves as entry to all events, including social activities. The registration desk will be open at the following times and locations: 

  • Tuesday, February 13: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (North Pool)
  • Wednesday, February 14:
    • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Ballroom Foyer)
    • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Grand Lawn)
  • Thursday, February 15: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Ballroom Foyer)

What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please notify Themis Headquarters ([email protected]) if you need to cancel. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from their company. Please note you will need to cancel your own hotel reservations by calling The Ritz-Carlton Biscayne Bay Miami at 1-800-241-3333

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else at your company by emailing Themis Headquarters ([email protected]). 

Is there a deadline to book my hotel room? Where do I make the reservation? 
Each attendee is responsible for booking their own room. The deadline to book your hotel room at the discounted group rate is January 22, 2023 and is subject to availability. The Themis group rate for rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Biscayne Bay is $499 per night plus tax and applicable resort fees.

Reservations can be made using this link or by calling 1-800-241-3333 and requesting the group rate for the Themis Advocates Group Annual Conference.

Does the hotel provide transportation to/from the airport?
The hotel does not provide transportation. You can reserve an Uber, Lyft, Taxi or rent a car for your stay. Additional information provided here

What are the driving directions to the hotel? Is there parking available?
The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami address is 455 Grand Bay Dr, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. Click here for custom driving directions.

Yes, there is valet parking available at the hotel. Overnight Valet Parking is $50 USD per day.

How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Tips for Your Trip." This email will contact the attendee list including name, organization, city in PDF format. 

What is the Themis Annual Conference dress code?

Themis Advocates Group Sessions/Social Events: Business casual/resort wear is suitable.

  • Women: dress shorts/capris, slacks, blouses, knit tops
  • Men: khaki pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, slacks

We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to the educational sessions, as the conference rooms can get chilly.
