General Questions
Where do I pick up my registration materials?
You will need to pick up your name badge. Your name badge serves as entry to all events, including social activities. The registration desk will be open at the following times and locations:
- Tuesday, February 4: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Lobby Veranda)
- Wednesday, February 5: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Lobby Veranda)
- Thursday, February 6: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Lobby Veranda)
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please notify Themis Headquarters ([email protected]) if you need to cancel. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute from their company. Please note you will need to cancel your own hotel reservations
Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?
Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else at your company by emailing Themis Headquarters ([email protected]).
Is there a deadline to book my hotel room? Where do I make the reservation?
Themis members and sponsors are responsible for booking their own room. The deadline to book your hotel room at the discounted group rate is January 16, 2025 and is subject to availability. The Themis group rate for rooms at Casa Marina is $549 per night plus tax and $20 resort fees.

Does the hotel provide transportation to/from the airport?
The hotel does not provide transportation. You can reserve an Uber, Lyft, Taxi or rent a car for your stay. Additional information provided here.
What are the driving directions to the hotel? Is there parking available?
The Casa Marina Key West address is 500 Reynolds Street Key West, Florida 33040 USA.
There is self parking available for $20 per night and valet parking available for $30 per night.
How do I get an attendee list?
Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Know Before You Go." This email will contact the attendee list including name, organization, city in PDF format.
What is the Themis Annual Conference dress code?
Themis Advocates Group Sessions/Social Events: Business casual/resort wear is suitable.
- Women: dress shorts/capris, slacks, blouses, knit tops
(Flat shoes are recommended as some functions will take place at the beach)
- Men: khaki pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, slacks
We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to the educational sessions, as the conference rooms can get chilly.
Don't forget to bring your swimsuit if you plan to go to the cabanas and pool.
